LivinCard is a licensed Money Transmitter (MTL) payment service that allows users to make online purchases using USDT-funded prepaid cards through AI assistant integrations (MCP protocol). Users fund their account with USDT stablecoins and direct their AI assistant to complete purchases at online merchants.
All purchases are initiated and confirmed by the user. The AI assistant acts on the user's explicit instructions only. LivinCard does not and cannot initiate purchases autonomously. The user must:
Each user receives a unique API key upon account creation. This key is the sole credential for accessing the account. Users are responsible for storing their API key securely. LivinCard cannot recover lost API keys — a new account must be created if the key is lost.
Accounts are funded by sending USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20/BEP-20) to the deposit address provided by the service. Deposits are detected automatically and credited to the account balance. LivinCard is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.
LivinCard uses prepaid cards to complete purchases at online merchants. Success depends on the merchant's checkout flow and card acceptance policies. LivinCard does not guarantee that all merchants will accept payment. Failed purchases are not charged to the user's balance.
Refunds from merchants are credited back to the card balance automatically when processed by the merchant. Users should contact the merchant directly for refund requests.
Prepaid cards are issued with issuer-assigned names and billing addresses. Card details (number, CVV, cardholder name) are never exposed to users or AI agents. All payment form entry happens server-side via secure automation. This is by design to protect card security.
LivinCard operates under a Money Transmitter License and does not require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. No personal information is collected beyond the API key and transaction history.
LivinCard is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from merchant disputes, failed transactions, network congestion, or incorrect deposit addresses. Users assume responsibility for their purchasing decisions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
